(1) Whoever provides or collects funds, directly or indirectly, with the intention that they should be used or with the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in the commission of one or more of the criminal offences referred to in Article 97, Articles 99 to 101, Article 137, Article 216, paragraphs 1 to 3, Article 219, Article 223, Article 224 and Articles 352 to 355 of this Code or a criminal offence intended to cause death or serious bodily injury to a civilian or another person not actively involved in armed conflict in order to intimidate population, or to compel a government or an international organisation to perform or abstain from performing any act shall be punished by imprisonment from one to ten years.
